For starters our room wasn’t even clean. I had to clean surfaces off myself because they were so dusty. The furniture was cracked and damaged. I mean we know it was an older hotel but I didn’t even want to sleep here. I honestly would never stay here in the future. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our ten days and it was by far the absolute worst! Disgusting! Plus on top of that we are missing a laptop after staying here and leaving our bags with them while waiting for check in! Do not recommend.

We had a comfortable, clean stay here, and the location is perfect for seeing and doing a lot in London. The hotel room furniture was defiantly well used but the bed was very comfy and everything was clean, just dated. All and all it was a pleasant place to stay.

It wasnt the best for the money to be honest and wouldn't return. Was made to pay a large deposit upon checkin for room, room was small with cheap toiletries and only one breakfast teabag each. Then when it came to breakfast as we had booked through Expedia they wanted to charge a lot more per person - they told me breakfast was cheaper if booked direct through hotel.

Loved this place! It’s an old London building and therefore has its old building charms, but is beautifully maintained and decorated. The rooms were lovely and the staff so friendly. The restaurant onsite is also great, and there’s a little convenience store on the corner and one block or so away. There’s a coffee shop called Nero directly out the front door if you prefer a more continental type breakfast. Being with walking distance to Piccadilly Circus and other main areas was brilliant. We’d uber out to our first destination in the morning and make our way back. It’s a nice area too, so no concerns being out late. All around, this will be our designated spot when we return to London next.

This was a great location for seeing the major attractions around London. Near a tube station and in walking distance of many attractions. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. Very clean quiet nice hotel in beautiful Mayfair.

All great, would recommend

The staff here were lovely and went out of their way to help me when I'd forgotten something. The room was also freshly painted, large, clean, with a comfy bed. I'd seen some negative reviews but I'm surprised as my experience was great!
