The staff at the Washington Mayfair hotel went above and beyond and couldn’t do enough for us. We spent our wedding night at the hotel and they added little extras to the room to make it special on our arrival. Fabulous hotel - we will come back again!

Great location, price point is low for Mayfair, so value for money, however biggest issue was how hot the rooms where and the aircon couldn't go low enough to cool the rooms.

Stayed here as it was in a perfect location and was able to walk to my destinations. When I checked into this hotel I was impressed with both the staff and the hotel. I got there early and not only was my room ready but was also upgraded to a superior room with a balcony. The room was very clean and spacious with all amenities I needed, I will most definitely but here again.

Great location, but poor standard of the room due to cracked and loose floor tiles and not so clean bathroom, was disappointing for the price. As well as being on the 1st floor was very very noisy, with both street traffic and vibrations from the undergound, we were unable to sleep
