Good Stay, convenient location

Clean hotel, very friendly staff. Close to Paddington station and the Heathrow express train. When we drives our AC didn’t work and the hotel had it fixed in minutes of us reporting it. Really good service

For a four star hotel and for the price I paid for my stay, I expected better quality and service. Never have I stayed in a four star hotel (including an apartment style hotel) where they did not replace the bedsheets and towels. This style of service is fine, if I was paying for a motel. If their Expedia page was transparent I would not have stayed here and instead choose a hotel that actually provides a 4 star quality service.

The property was very clean and convenient location. Was close to the Edgewere road under ground and Paddington station. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. We were staying with our 3 year old so the kitchenette was perfect for making any top meals or lunches to take with us on our days out. Definitely booking with them again!

Blackout shade was amazing to have in the room and amenities were good. I bit farther of a walk to and from buses/underground but easy to get to Paddington.

This area has been regenerated within the past few years. It's very calming. Since this is an Aparthotel, you have a kitchen and microwave, dishes etc. There is a small Tesco (open 24 hrs?) within 5-6 minutes. Edgeware tube station with access to the Circle or the Bakerloo lines (depending with entrance used. Several restaurants and pubs nearby. Easy check in/out, great staff and new building. excellent!

Very modern property located close to Paddington Station. Appreciated the opportunity to check-in early. The staff in the lobby were kind to help answer any questions. Would recommend if you have an early flight to Heathrow or if you want accommodations with kitchenette.

Its location was fantastic in terms of getting to the tube/ buses. There were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a short trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loved having a microwave and dishwasher. And the robes were super soft (best ever). Located super close to Paddington station to hop on the Heathrow Express (5-7 min walking distance). Also close to the canals, which is nice with lots of great restaurants. We had 2 twin beds (I was with a friend) and they were comfortable and soft. Definitely will go back!

Hotel had two fire alarm in the middle of night which caused all guest to walk down to lobby. Both were false alarm. There was no explanation or apologies given to the guest. Very poor management and so inconvenient. Hotel was nice and clean, but do not expect anything else.

The bed arrangement is terrible. One side of the bed is pushed up against the wall. Very hard to get in and out of bed. No side table to lay things on. No luggage racks to use for luggage. The overall bldg is very modern and eco friendly. Area is less than 10 minutes walk to Paddington Station. The area was close to shopping and restaurants and also a Tesco Express less than 5 min walk. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Clean property in an area convenient to restaurants and transportation, 6 minutes walking to Paddington station and 3 min walk to Edgeware. Nice room with small but clean bathroom. My complaint was that we were overcharged for a menu item and after three discussions with two different staff members it was not rectified. It wasn’t a disagreement about my complaint just their failure to act after I followed all of their suggestions of who to talk to and how to communicate the issue ( thru WhatsApp). This left a stain on the visit that was unnecessary.
