Great staff and clean rooms
The staff was friendly and helpful. We booked the queen room which was super clean and well-equipped for the minimal time we would be spending in it. The location was super convenient for traveling to/from LHR as well as getting into central London. The surrounding area had tons of great cafes, pubs, and restaurants in walking distance. The only cons were that the air conditioning was pretty weak, so the room would get a bit too warm at night, and the TV hardly worked as no channels would load 99% of the time. However we were able to stream Netflix on our phones to the TV so this was not a huge issue. The bed was also extremely stiff and a bit uncomfortable. Overall, would stay again for the staff, location, and amenities.

Location was good but the room was tiny (I know there are dimensions on the listing but you can’t really envisage it until you’re there) and the toilet flush was broken which caused issues having staff come back and forth. Was okay for a night but wouldn’t stay longer.

Liked that Yotel is new, no carpet in the rooms is great. More towel holders available especially if we’ve chosen to “go green”. Washcloths provided would be nice. Coffee in the take away area could be hotter than luke warm and having milk or cream available. Otherwise we all enjoyed our stay and the friendly and helpful staff.
