Great location, very comfortable beds

Great hotel, perfect location, beds extremely comfortable. Yes there is no other furniture in the room, yes there are no windows and yes there is only a bit of glass between you and the bathroom, but what more do you need than a comfortable bed and a hot strong shower.

The rooms are small and basic, but the finishing/fixtures are modern and smart looking. Be aware that any sounds coming from the bathroom will be heard very clearly in the room! There was a problem with the fan/air con in the room, which being windowless, is definitely needed. Staff were fantastic and had maintenance sort it immediately. They also said if it couldn’t be fixed, another room would be offered. Really happy overall with the stay, and great location in the heart of Piccadilly Circus.

Over night stay

Really modern whilst keeping it modest and simple. Bed and bathroom, all you need. Lovely friendly staff from the door to the desk. The only downside was there is a club downstairs (we didn’t know when booking) and my god the girl with the mic and the music kept us awake all hours. If I’d known I would have brought ear plugs and I’m sure it would have been ok.

Stayed here for. 4 nights Was 40 pound for early check in we was an hour early, then a further 50 for later check out, asked for our bags to be kept but they wanted more money 15 pound per bag, found this extremely greedy, after our stay was pretty expensive our room didn’t get cleaned once only fresh towels didn’t even top up our toilet roll had to go down to reception for it, it was clean but i definitely wouldn’t stay again

Basic but clean

It was fine but wouldn't stay again. Main issues was the Aircon wasn't great and only worked some of the time. Given there were not windows it got a bit stuffy. We were only given one thin pillow each and when we asked for additional were told they were fully booked and didn't have any.
