We did not like staying at this property. It felt like a dungeon with a platform with a mattress on it. No outdoor light, no TV, no wash cloths. It is basically a room to take a shower and sleep.

Great location in the heart of Piccadilly Circus, couldn’t ask for better central location. Our room was very modern but the sink was a bit dirty and could’ve had a deeper clean prior to our stay. Furthermore, over our stay we had to request toilet paper from reception twice as none was delivered during our room refresh. During one of these refreshes our room door was left open which was very concerning as we left at around 8 am and got back around 10 pm so no idea how long it would’ve been left open. We also requested to do laundry and the staff directed us to Laundryheap we signed up and requested a pick up and left our laundry with the reception which they were more than happy to do, however, they only gave half our laundry to delivery driver and that was a huge worry as we were missing half our laundry this had a flow on effect as London was our best option for laundry which caused further stress later on during our trip. Overall great stay and can’t pass up the location and felt safe entering and exiting the hotel.

I found the corridors filthy, the room was ok. The £15 charge to store luggage I found to be ludicrous, never come across a hotel charging for this before! Location was good. But wouldn’t stay again due to the luggage storage charge and charges for iron/hairdryer!

Check in at 3 fair enough but if you arrive early and your room is ready you’re charged €40. Then 10am check out and €15 per bag hold. So not worth it for one night. Internal room was claustrophobic and stifling.

Comfortable room & location was spot on. Hotel to get to your room was a maize but when you get there room was clean & tidy. Would stay there again most definitely. Do they have a disabled room? Need to find out as distance is a problem getting to the room.

Very basic room but good location.
The hotel floor felt like a maze, packed with many rooms with no windows. Limited ventilation and you can quite easily hear people walk outside. Everything can be chargeable at this hotel, eg. £10 for hiring hair dryer for 8 hrs. The toilet was also a disaster. The shower will easily make the whole floor wet and unpleasant. We found hair here and there when we first walked into the room. Staffs were friendly in general. Hotel is at a great location in Soho.

A great bargain hotel in superb location. Beds were comfy, shower was great. We didn’t get the room we booked (Superior- were given a cocoon 8) but it was fine. Lovely breakie included too.

Great rooms and service but smelly restrooms
My wife stayed here solo as well as with some friends for a concert in London, and she praised the service, hospitality, room sizes, but said the restrooms in one of the rooms smelled incredibly foul to a point where they wanted to check out as soon as checking in. Additionally, everything costs extra so keep that in mind. But the smell is what disappointed me. The room is priced reasonably but you shouldn't have to deal with foul smell.

Loved how convenient and centrally located this was. My only drawback was the lack of windows… I know that everything is very descriptive but it was hard for my circadian rhythm to adjust as there was no way of my body telling time. Other than that great experience!
