They didn’t clean our room. And no one clean the trash. And it’s no blow dryer in the room! And a bottle of water is £4. Be aware of they will charge everything, like storage the luggage or early check in. And check out time is earlier than normal. It’s 10 am. And they start knocking your door at 9am!!!

This place touts itself as a 'HOTEL' - it is NOT! NO Hand towels (just bath) - no hair dryer in room (that will cost you 10pnds!) - no windows not bathroom exhaust fan - TERRIBLE cell service (non -existent in room - I had to go outside to receive service. Hallways were often very smelly - no early check in and NO accommodation to hold bags if you are early at no charge _EVERYTHING IS EXTRA! The only positive is the staff who were very friendly ...notwithstanding having to work in a place that I am sure many guests are disappointed in!

The room was clean and cozy. It is a small room (if you’re American) and there is no furniture to sit or put your belongings on. Also no windows, so if you get claustrophobic, maybe think twice. Other than that, it was great! Modern aesthetic and upgraded. Beautiful lobby.

It is obviously the basics but perfect for two or maybe three nights somewhere. The only things I didn’t like were no windows in the one we stayed in and nowhere to hang clothing otherwise it was great!

Second and last time that I'll stay here as check in process is so awful. Key machine didn't work again, so waited 10 mins whilst its switched off and reset and staff try other devices. At least this time though it worked when I finally got to my room. As a single female traveller I'd prefer it if staff didn't broadcast my room number several times to everyone waiting in reception. Due to the whole check in experience and lack of safety awareness by staff I will never stay again. Once was unfortunate but twice is just sheer ineptness. To add insult to injury the room prices have sot up now that it's summer / tourist season. Absolute rip off for such a basic small room.

Pre stay messgae from hotel, tells you they will look after your bags. But when we got there, they wanted to charge us to look after 4 small back packs. They also wanted to cbarge an extra £40 to check in early. None of this information was relayed to us before our stay
