Always stay here for business as office is close by. Scored -1 point on cleanliness this time as the floor looked grubby and I found hairs in the bed that were not mine

I always love staying at this hotel - rooms are modern, super clean and spacious. The beds are comfy. It's lovely and quiet once you're checked in. The staff are great. One of my favourite places to stay

Good value for the location
Do the halls smell a little? Yes. Is it dark Af? Also yes. That said, the actual room didn’t smell, and once we figured out the thermostat, it was quite comfy. My only complaint about the room itself is that there was literally nowhere to put bags other than the walkway in/out of the room. All in all, it was a good value for the location and I would recommend it for a quick trip, and/or one where you just need a clean and quiet place to crash. It is very quiet at night!

Just not willing to help!!!
The staff on check in were awful quite rude and did listen to what I was saying. I arrived at 2:15 and check in was 3:00 the room was ready but they wanted to charge me £40 for early check in so is said can I just leave my bag here u til I can check in they said Yes that will be £15 per bag to leave with us. This was a joke he argued with me for 10 mins telling me it was in the terms so I opened up the terms and guess what NOTHING!! Just an absolute Con!! but still refused to help me. I would not bother staying here much better options across London and much nicer staff!!

A dungeon! Paper thin walls allowed me to hear the neighbor snoring. The staff was rude. I was interrogated upon entering the building before even taking the elevator to the 4th floor below the ground floor (where reception is). Some random guy asked my room number and I felt very uncomfortable sharing that with a random person (no hotel ID or name tag on). When I told the receptionist, he didn’t even care. The room was tiny, barely fit my luggage, tripped over constantly. Sheets and towels were clean, which was a plus. Also, nice central location was the only other plus.

Clean but extremely loud. Lift situation is a bit of a nightmare as there’s only one to get to all floors which means you can be waiting for a while. Ideal location as it’s accessible and to several stations.

They forced me to take my heavy luggage away and do something else for a while because I arrived at 2:45pm rather than 3pm. Left luggage is available, but at the extortionate cost of £10 a day, even if staying at the expensive hotel. Staff are dismissive, arrogant and rude. The rooms are noisy overnight from groaning and creeping water pipes. They didn’t clean the room once, just leaving a bunch of new towels without taking the old ones away. The only food or drink is a pod coffee machine. Not even a vending machine. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are better hotels nearby at similar, if not cheaper, prices

Everything was good with the check in since I checked in late (8 PM). My room was so small with no ventilation at all. It would always smell weird and they did not cleaned my room ever during my stay in the hotel. The shower didn’t have a door so everything would always get wet. There was no hair dryer or anything similar either and of course since I was on floor -5, there was NO RECEPTION

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in please avoid at all costs! 1. The hotel has no furniture aside from the bed. No dressers, nightstands, anywhere to put anything. 2. There is no TV. 3. One member of the staff was incredibly rude and not helpful. One was great! 4. The checkout time is 10am earlier than just about any hotel and late check out is 50$. 5. The hotel is underground and next to a train. I had a train rattling my room with noise and shaking every 3 minutes at some point even at night time. 6. There is no fridge and no ice machine.

My stay was overall very good. The staff were helpful, and the location was excellent. The room itself was more than adequate for rest and sleep after a long day in London. However, I did have some concerns regarding an unpleasant smell outside my room. The staff apologised and attempted to improve the situation by using air fresheners, but it didn’t provide a lasting solution. Additionally, I occasionally heard noises from an unknown source within the room, and unfortunately, this issue was not resolved.

Stayed 3 times in the last few weeks for work adding up to 11 nights. Great location, simple rooms but very noisy. Great if you’re up and out early for work but awful if trying to sleep in past 7am as cleaners are so loud. No signal but good WiFi, a tv would be great in the rooms. Train noise isn’t too bad, but some rooms are closer to service areas so you hear water, dripping, banging all night.
