1. Didn’t know it was a second floor unit with many stairs. 2. Crazy noisy from unit next door (kids and dog) and music from restaurant downstairs. 3. Downtown location. But Long Beach doesn’t have any beachfront lodging, so it’s pretty good location.

This was my first time here. Easy check in.The staff was very friendly. It was nice to have beverages and food on site. Unit was good size, very clean, very comfortable. Enjoyed using the pool and saunas at an associated property that was very close by. Lots of shopping and dining options, very close by all walkable.

The outside of the building could use a wipe down. There was a lot of dust and spiderwebs. The inside was clean, it would be nice for the outside to be clean also.

The studio sucks.
The spot is nice, close to shops, and the staff were decent. The room was miserable. The bed hurt our backs, the bed side tables were small and basically useless, there was only an outlet on one side of the bed, no curtains and loads of ambient light that kept us up. There was nowhere to sit comfortably in the room, because there’s only one luggage stand and only two wall hooks, leaving chairs as the only place to put things off the ground. Literally, the worst thought out hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

Rooms were cute although the window into the bathroom from the rest of the room was a bit strange. Overall, it was hugely overpriced. When we asked them about the price compared to the online price, we were told the prices change daily. So.....buyer beware. They have a policy that you must wash our own dishes or be charged $50. I was very uncomfortable with this as the only sink was the bathroom sink and I had no way of knowing if the previous occupants had washed them. I have no problem washing them, but in that bathroom sink? We chose not to use any dishes and used disposable, thus negating their "sustainablity" focus. Would we stay here again? If we happened on a lower price and we brought our own dishes, then yes. It is conveniently located and the fireplace was a bonus.

I ended up leaving a day early for the following reasons. There is no place to put anything--no closet and only a couple of hooks. A luggage wrack was supplied so living out of my suitcase was necessary. Guests were asked to be sure and wash their dishes but no drainer was supplied. At night the fire alarmed swarmed the apt. with blue lights . My dog was terrified. It just wasn't a cozy, comfortable place. Management is new and was sympathetic so conditions may improve.

This is a great getaway with your pets. It's nicely located just a few blocks from the beach and from the downtown area. The coffee shop (where you check in) was great and all the staff was super friendly and helpful! The rooms were exactly as expected - small but clean and welcoming. Our room looked exactly as it was shown in the pictures. I even slept comfortably in the top bunk which I haven't done in about 30 years. haha I highly recommend this place!

The stay was fine. The room in the photo shown on the website was what room i thought i was in which was incorrect. The rooms are fake nice. They appear nice but when you really look there is alot of damage. Like cracks in floors bathtub missing tile cracks in the roof of thebuilind paint streaks. Lots of "land lord specials" but over all decent room fot.the price.
