I was a little worried about breakfast items labeled "keep frozen" sitting out at room temperature. Wondered if they were tossed if not used? Top sheet on one bed had a huge hole in it. Towels were located outside of room so we had to put them on the toilet to use after showering. It was windy and caused whistling, making it harder to sleep. It's conveniently located within walking distance of shops, a bit farther to the beach. Unfortunately, it rained pretty much nonstop so had to drive places. Staff were really nice. I'm sure we'll be back.

The cost for dogs is outrageous and not worth it. This was not reflected when booking through hotels.com, so it was shocking to be charged an additional $130 when we got there. My dogs did zero damage and left no trace, so the hotel is basically profiting off nothing. I've paid less to have them stay at hotels and had them treated like guests with treats, extra towels, and water dishes (nothing was provided here). Pet deposits are understandable, but this felt like robbery. Additionally, the room was NOT worth the price. The chairs were so we couldn't sit in them and the pillows were hard and flat. The only redeeming quality was the location. Will NOT stay again. Can pay the same amount for a much better experience elsewhere.

The room was clean and it was great to come back from clamming to clean our clams in the fish/clam cleaning room out of the weather. The staff in the office were very kind and helpful with my questions.

This is a good location on Long Beach, close to everything. The room looks renovated. They have a kuerig and leave liquid creamers which is nice. The only downfall was the smell of mildew in the room. Good value for a nights stay.

Plenty of parking, but tight spaces. Shower was ADA style with a seat and a wand, which is great for removing the sand. Room needed some upkeep attention. Fairly decent selection of grab-n-go breakfast items, including some to take back and microwave in the room. Quite near shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to beach, but not ON the beach.
