Great unit!

The unit I had was right on the street which was great for parking, but pretty noisy due to day time traffic. The noise calmed down after dark, so it was easy to sleep. The only downside was having to choose which to keep plugged in, the microwave or coffee maker. I made it work.

If you have kids or pets not recommended. We were told at 11AM how our children were loud and disruptive. Had them in bed at the “curfew” and still had complaints due to the day time hours. If you’re older and don’t have children with you it’s an amazing spot. Staff (housekeeping and management) was amazing, front desk employee was awful, rude and disrespectful. All in all if you don’t have kids or pets it’s an amazing spot.

Although the family suite is a decent suite, they have no A/C. They false advertise as well. They charged my card 7 days prior to our stay when I'm not allowed to get charged until the date and time of check-in. I would never stay there during the kite festival nor anything other time for that matter.

Great location! Room was clean and remodeled (although you could tell they cut corners with the remodel). The beds could have been a bit softer. Ask for a second blanket because it gets cold at night. The reason I only gave 3/5 stars was the 30ish y/o guy working at the front desk; he was definitely more interested in watching the hot rods drive by than actually doing his job. I paid an extra $120 for two nights for my 5lb and 10lb Yorkshire Terriers ($30 per dog, per night) and I had to ask the lady working the following day for one of their dog baskets since the guy working the night before never offered. Also, check out is at 11am and they don’t allow guests to check out late (even if you offer to pay more for the extra hour).
