Room was clean with small balcony and small workspace desk as advertised. I would stay here again, but some FYI for other travellers. Bed is very high. Blackout curtains did not fully black out the room as light leaked in around sides of curtains. On L3 quite a bit of noise from the street and I think a plumbing pipe/ gutter near my particular room so we heard running water, at varying volume, near constantly

Loved my stay, it was beautifully stylish and comfortable and the location was great

Property is very close to Darling Harbour, but notes on how to get there by turning left on Level 4 of the car park to the level 2 bridge could be better. The TV did not work for almost 24 hours from book in and took me 3 attempts to get it rectified. Should have notes in room on how to check and fix fir yourself rather than maintenance staff who only work days being able to fix it. Asked for another room and front desk staff declined, but advised maintenance would fix next morning which did not happen.

Hotel is very pleasant and nice, the wait time was long to speak to the staff. I would recommend the hotel is centrally located. Very nice stay.

Great stay at SYD APT Pullman. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay again !!!

Perfect for overnight before flying overseas.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The hotel also was fantastic. The only downside for me was the cleanliness. When we arrived, there were pieces of paper on the nightstand, the surfaces were dusty, and there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom faucet. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness, which was disappointing. Even after requesting that the room be refreshed, the cleanliness did not improve. The room remained dusty and dirty, and it appeared that the floor had not been vacuumed. Housekeeping seemed to consist only of making the bed and replacing the towels, without thoroughly cleaning the room.
