Our stay was pretty darn good. The use of the kayaks was easy and fun! The only negative feedback I would have is the bed wasn't the best. The mattress was turned upside down and a foam pillow cover added to make it softer which was very odd.

Its a nice place with lots of potenial. The staff is friendly and the place is quiet and relaxing. A bar near the pool would improve the experience. Since people has to walk almost to the street to ask for a drink. Rennovations to fix that are in place, which is a plus. The rooms would need some updates too. The bathroom sink was poorly clean and a floor too. But rooms are very confortable, just need a little much to be perfect. We enjoyed our stay, best trip so far to the keys.

It was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and the variety of activities included (bikes, paddleboards, kayaks), but what made it for us was the spectacular sunset view from our room. Practically speaking, assigned parking is the best! We also found the restaurant on-site to be good all-around— we enjoyed the convenience of take-out supper as well as a sit down breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful vacation☺️

We really enjoyed our stay at Lime Tree. We stayed at dockside and this section is VERY quiet. The room was super spacious and for a one bedroom we all had plenty of space. The pools are very clean and there are chairs outside spread out for couples to enjoy areas of the grounds.

Very quiet, tranquil and peaceful property. The water views were awesome and the balcanies were a big plus - Fish watched for hours. Love this property.

Overall had a good time. My kids loved the dock. The 3bedroom townhome was good. Needs a good cleaning overall. The dishwasher didn’t work. Had to hand wash dishes on vacay. I did let management know. Had to hand wash the previous guests dirty dishes that were left in the dishwasher! I found the location of the townhome inconvenient as you need to cross a very busy road /main highway to get to the main area/dock/restaurant. I have kids & didnt want them crossing without adults. There should be a crosswalk with lights.
