There was an issue with the toilet. I didn't even bother to tell them about it. I wouldn't stay again.

Location wise great, access to food options pool and gym. They don’t change bedsheets only make over the beds during my 5 night stay. They did change a pillow case when they noticed makeup on it. Daily fresh towels water and tea. Access to a microwave in the ice machine room.

The staff was extremely helpful.

The space is great it needs updating though. I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing. Message to the owner(s) toilet paper holder, towel rack, shower door or curtain, spray for ants, fix bathroom door so it can close properly, a/c in living room, new pots, paper plates, plastic forks, kettle etc. just to name a few would make a person’s stay perfection.

The location is amazing for enjoying nature and the unspoilt environment, with great views if hummingbirds in the garden. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and attentive, with knowledgable guides always on hand. A lovely exprience.
