My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. First of all, it is just across the road from the Qantas museum, and a short walk from the Stockman's Hall of Fame. The day we visited, the latter was closed because of the Longreach Show holiday, so we went there instead. I loved the "slab hut" we stayed in. So rustic and unique, yet it was clean and suitably equipped with everything one could need for a short stay. Parking was right behind where our cabin was located. Despite being next to the highway and close to the airport, we were not disturbed by any road or air traffic noise. Overall, we had a fabulous stay, and would definitely recommend it to others.

The position of our cabin was great being right away from the main highway. The cabin itself was in need of some maintenance ie dripping taps and could do with some updating but was nonetheless very comfortable. The property is in a fabulous position and within walking distance to the main attractions.

Amazing! Staff were fantastic, property was beautiful. Inside our cabin was clean and fresh with the air con on for us. Was the only place we felt comfortable using the bedding supplied in our entire trip across Australia! Reception also has giftware that was affordable. I bought a bullwhip for $180 and is of high quality. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great holiday stay

Comfortable & spacious for our 5 nights, convenient location & good amenities. Longreach is very hot in summer so we appreciated the quiet, cool cabin to escape to.
