Everyone employee I interacted with were super nice. Checked in at 1am and the over night front desk clerk (can’t remember her name right now) was super nice in helping me out! Would definitely stay here again if ever in town again. Rooms were nice and breakfast was delicious.

Price of room vs room and comfort - horrible. Pillows were so flat and uncomfortable, bed you could hear something pop when I sat on it and I only weigh 150. The room and bathroom is in great need of updating. Warped cabinet where the microwave and tv is. Bathroom, we only had two hand towels and no wash cloths. As we have been having to stay in hotels some, I see huge price increases on the weekend and the quality extremely low and not matching up with what we have to pay. We were not pleased with this stay.

I booked this hotel for their amenities like indoor pool and hot tub but both were out of order. The customer service employee said that there’s a part missing and it’s been ordered. Also the ice machine was out of order on my floor and I had to walk to another floor to grab ice which was slightly inconvenient for me. They had a nice selection for breakfast like fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, and premade omelets. The staff was friendly and helpful when I brought up concerns. The room I stayed in was a decent size.

The hot tub wasn't working. The pool was heated with any jets working. There were no pool towels or extra room towels due to extra occupancy. On checkin our room door was open and sheets folded on the bed. They did apologize and give us free drinks as an apology for checkin. The excuse for the towels was theft. The bacon the second morning tasted like turkey bacon fried in McDonald's grease.

I come once or twice a month on business and i finally found a hotel i enjoy. Staff was great, gentleman that checked me in was excellent, the room was spacious but cozy, clean and a/c was very cold. The breakfast bar was better than most hotels I've stayed at. Plenty of selection to choose from. And lastly the parking, I drive a box truck and parking was excellent. This hotel will definitely be my go to from now on here in Longview.
