The room was pretty clean, but it was hard to get towels after asking three times and having to go to front desk. I was told after 8 pm last night that there were still no towels avaliable. I explained that i hadnt had towels since i was there the two nights prior under my husband's Wyndham account. There were roaches in our room, my husband killed one Monday morning, and then we seen another one last night that he killed. We reported it, so hopefully they'll get an exterminator for future customers. I'll never stay at that location again, and I was there several months ago.

I spent one night there on my way to work. It wasn't too bad. I had lost my bank card and only had Apple Pay on my phone. They do not accept Apple Pay, which was really stressful. It took the desk clock almost an hour to help me. asking me the same questions over and over; that was too much for me. I had driven 5 hours to get here and was exhausted, just needed a room to sleep, but at last, I was able to figure it out.

Great little one nighter visit

The hotel was perfectly located next to highway for a quick one nighter for our stay. The whole place was super clean and smelled great too. Rooms were quiet and we heard only 1 guest make a noise in the hallway but it was just regular conversation stuff.

Disappointing Stay at La Quinta by Wyndham I-20 Longview South I recently stayed at this hotel in Longview, TX, and unfortunately, the experience was not great. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor that didn’t go away. Our reservation was for three people, but no extra blankets were provided for the sofa bed. When I requested some, both blankets given to us had hair all over them. The breakfast was underwhelming. The potatoes were undercooked, the eggs had an artificial taste (likely powdered), and there were no meat options at all. Definitely not what I’d expect from a hotel breakfast. Security was also a concern. The front doors are locked at night, and guests are required to use side entrances, which didn’t feel safe, especially in the dark. On a positive note, the daytime front desk female staff member was friendly and helpful. However, the overnight receptionist was not as welcoming. While the location is convenient right off the freeway, overall, the stay did not meet expectations. I asked for management to contact me since they were not there but they never called me.

Friendly staff. Easy parking for my trailer. But there were some negatives, usually not expected of a Wyndam property. The king size bed (Room 207) was horrible, like sleeping on a giant mushroom. Roach in the bathroom at 1:30 AM, guess it was also taking a bathroom break. The breakfast was just an excuse for one, no cream cheese for the bagles, very limited choice. Sent me to the nearby McDonald's. If I'd been in a third world country, these things would have been ignored. All that said, I did not suffer but they should do better. .

Check in was easy, staff have always been helpful and friendly. This is my 3td time staying at this hotel this year. I have come back because of the above reasons. The only complaint I have is that although there is a pool and hot tub, they are still closed for use by health department of Longview for past several months, and hotel seems uninterested in fixing the problem with it.

You get what you pay for. The breakfast was minimal. No eggs and limited options. The hotel renovations looked busted. I only stayed a night while on a road trip. Pet fee is only $25.
