The staff was friendly. The room and was a perfect size and well designed-color scheme was excellent! The shower & sink area were also nice size. The bathroom could have used a towel rack. Breakfast was good. Everything was very clean. The only disappointing thing was that we could smell "pet" smell right when we entered our room. This is such a nice hotel that we would hate to see it ruined by pets. It would be nice if pet friendly hotels could block off a section of the hotel that ALWAYS stayed pet free.

Close to shopping and parking was easy. Had problems when changing credut card at checkin, but they were able to fix it prior to check out. The room was clean, but the body wash in shower was empty. House keeping provided a new bottle when asked. Would stay there again as price and location was what I was looking for.

The Internet kept telling us we had the wrong password and we couldn’t log on to their WiFi. We picked up the phone to call the desk but our phone didn’t work. Also two things I didn’t get to report was a toenail clipping on the floor by the toilet and a shriveled up black balloon on the carpet that should have clogged up the vacuum cleaner when they cleaned that room. After breakfast the next morning they upgraded us to another room. They checked the phone and it worked but when they left the room and we tried to turn on the air conditioner, it didn’t work so they switched us again. The last room was great, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and our hallway was quiet. The employee working the desk on Saturday, 5th did a great job of getting us switched around and taking care of us! ☺️ They serve hot and cold breakfast options, just make sure you know what time they stop serving. We would stay again.
