Most everything was up to their normal standards except one of the beds was broken (frame?). We were so exhausted and had already unpacked so he just slept on the other side instead of asking for another room. Also, the body wash provided is poor quality and doesn’t even lather.

This is a modern hotel that does great things in a small town like Marshall. Very modern looking renovations in what outside feels like a tired building. I’m not there to hangout outside but to sleep and recharge for the next day. Complaints: walls are thin. Floors are thin. I could hear my neighbors walking around. I could hear people outside my window.

Rooms were great. Excellent staff. No need to look for 5-star restaurant. The Reserve Bar and Grill is the answer. They served a high-quality Ribeye steak and their side salad outstanding, Will stay at a Clarion Hotel.

This is a great location and nice, clean hotel. Staff was nice and everything was good. My only concern was that the stair well stunk heavily of cigarettes.
