The elevator was broken. Thankfully the front desk clerk was able to move me to a suite on the first floor. Underneath the sinks smelled moldy and so did the shower. The shelve in the shower was broken and there was some missing mortar and poor patchwork around the shelve. The bed was comfortable and the ac and refrigerator worked perfectly though! 3/5

Everything was wonderful during our 5 night stay. There was a clean, fresh smell in our room, the hallways & elevator. The bed was so comfortable with soft sheets & blankets. The towels were soft. Housekeeping staff were friendly & provided everything we needed. Front desk staff were friendly. They wished us a wonderful day when we left & welcomed us when we returned. The breakfast items were fresh & varied. Every morning there were different hot & cold food items. Breakfast staff smiled. Tables were frequently cleaned. Evening cookies were delicious. The parking lot was very well lit. Fitness area was clean. The treadmill worked great. The only disappointment was the pool repair. We were offered to swim at a neighboring hotel. We highly recommended this hotel.

The check-in front desk agent was as sweet as she can be, however on Sunday while checking out the front desk agent checked out the wrong room and was very rude. I paid for my room in full before we even arrived and paid the deposit. She insisted that my card declined until I showed her my bank statement where the deposit was pending. Then she wanted to take a picture of my debit card. Very unprofessional.
