Check-In was easy. Upon entering my room there was a terrible smell. The toilet had poop in it. When I pulled back the sheets it appeared to be blood on them. Thick dust on the walls and lamp. I would never stay here again.

Staff was not very friendly. I felt like an inconvenience checking in. This is the 3rd stay here and I didn’t want to review this unfairly, but every check in has been bordering on rude and dismissive. I don’t need a lot of attention, just a smile and a moderately friendly person. I would not have returned just for this reason alone if the hotel wasn’t clean and convenient for my business needs.

Everything was good with the stay until we woke up the next morning. Girlfriend woke up with a two small areas on here arm that were red and hot. We went to breakfast and noticed that area on her arm was spreading. Went back to the room gathered our belongings and left. Shortly after leaving we went to the ER to have her arm looked at. Was told it was an insect sting. We were in room 320 if y’all needed to do an extra look on it. Other than that tags in the stay was amazing.

Hardest mattress, furniture is just tubular metal, very uncomfortable. Also this is a 100% pet friendly facility. Upon arrival after you paid in full on booking, they collected $25. They said it was to cover items you might use during the stay. There was nothing in the room except soap and shampoo. When we checked out after less than 8 hours we were told that a refund should be issued via email within 4-5 days.
