"Hotel staff were friendly and views from bar and restaurant were lovely,however our room was not worth what we paid. The room was very old and in need of refurbishment as for the view a building was over looking our window . Very disappointed"

"#Check in at 4pm and yet on this app stated 3pm. Waited til 4pm and still not ready. Finally got keys at 4.15pm. Was offered a free drink. #Restarant: ordered a salad at the price of £12.95.. bit of lettues leaves i got. Sent it back and the chef made a decent salad worth the money. #ordered baked ..."
