The bulding outside looks so beautiful, but the rooms are not. Was not hot water and to much noice

Just a little comment, the lastest we could check is 1 pm so we went to have breakfast and came back at 11:45am to the room to pick up our stuff and use the restroom and our stuff was gone they were cleaning the room. If check out is the latest at 1 I would think that you would wait until 1:01 pm to actually go into the room and take our stuff.

The hotel is beautiful! However, the hotel had a VIP guest that made our stay very uncomfortable. Most of the staff was worried about their vip guest that they didn’t care about the rest of the guest in the hotel. This so called VIP guest, celebrated their birthday on the hotel grounds and had very loud music until 3 am. We were not even allowed to take pictures or explore the rest of the hotel because of the vip guest. Very disappointed because the hotel is such a beautiful hotel and has so much history.

My mom travels every other month/year back to our hometown, Zacatecas. We always book this place because it’s right in the heart of it all. Staff is amazing, goes above and beyond. And very affordable!

Pésimo servicio, a pesar, de que ya había pagado el hospedaje a través de Expedia, en recepción me dijeron, que para ellos no era válido ese pago y que debía pagar nuevamente en el hotel. No me quisieron asignar habitación, aún cuando se comunicaron con ellos directamente de Expedia para mediar el asunto.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. Great location.

Staff was super understanding!!! And very sweet!!

There were several issues with things not working as they should. TV not functioning. Other issue was the gym not being open on time. Maid not leaving bath towels.
