Need to improve maintenance in the rooms and outside gardens. Very poor quality amenities (soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid & well used scourer). Noisy air conditioner. Disappointing venue & will not use again.

Very upset about choosing to stay here and it wasn’t cheap - dirty room and bathroom, bed, and couch very uncomfortable- sore back and head . Kettle broken felt unsafe to use lid fell off, tv would not turn off had to turn off via power point . Need to renovate and clean properly.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The room a good size with a kitchenette. It was quiet and very convenient, easy walking distance to shops and beach. Check in was easy. The price for that area was fantastic, you won't find better value. It's not new and if you expect luxury go pay 4 times the amount somewhere else for similar facilities. This place kicks goals for position, meeting needs and value for money. Will stay again. The family who run it are friendly and kind.

Light in kitchen didn't work, light over mirror in bathroom didn't work. Showerhead kept falling down when having a shower. Cobwebs and dust - only one dinner plate. No one at reception to speak to about it. Bed was comfortable.

I had read the reviews regarding cleanliness. However our room was very clean. The surfaces were clean. Bathroom clean. And carpet was good. Very hot water. There was a bar heater and an air conditioner. Really for the money we were very pleased

Hotel is dated. No heating in the room. There was a wall mounted aircon unit, but it I could not get it to work and judging by the layers of dust on the vent slats it has not been used forever.
