Such a lovely spot to escape the chaos of Melbourne. Easy walking distance along the river to Crown and Southbank. A beautiful, relaxing getaway! The rooms are fresh, spacious and comfortable, and I absolutely loved the greenery around the hotel. The lounge and surrounding areas have such a lovely, inviting vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind, slow down, relax and enjoy a little time away. A wonderful place for a peaceful getaway!

Reception hours , very inconvenient , closed when I left for work , closed when I returned The cleanliness of the apartment was poor , stained walls & paint work What looked like black mould on the window sill in one of the bedrooms , but no one to ask about it A good size, conveniently located but just needs a big clean and an update in furnishings

This was my first time back to this great hotel in nine years, and the team and the hotel are both terrific. What really lets this place down is the lighting controls in the room. They are impossible to operate. My brother who is an engineer dropped by to pick me up, and offered to show me how to use the lights – and even he admitted defeat. On checkout, the agent at the desk admitted they had numerous complaints about it. So in the room you’re either in pitch black, or full blazing light. There is nothing in between. I would definitely stay here again, but would suggest the staff run lectures on how to use the lights. And even the need to do that is ridiculous.
