So disappointed in our stay here. We’ve heard amazing things about 1Hotel brand and it’s our first time. Upon arrival, the lobby was soooo incredibly noisy. I asked the person checking in as I’m screaming across The counter is it always this loud and obnoxious and he said no, it’s not. They were hosting an event that day and it was just so loud. But what really bothered me was the “ scheduled blackout” that they said they had text all their guest about. I did not receive any text about the scheduled blackout. I elevator was in the middle of my shower and the lights went out. There was no electricity for the elevators to work. I had to carry all my bags down the stairs, no air conditioner in the heat of the summer. It was unbelievable very disappointed. If they knew they were going to have to shut off the power, they shouldn’t book any rooms in that tower. It’s unfair to us as a guest.

Hotel didn’t have power yet they checked me in and room wasn’t ready and then went to room (where they said there was power) and no power there either. Had meetings and dinner To get ready for and ended up having to ask profusely to change rooms or get my money back for the reservation.
