I think the location seems decent and safe. I liked the esthetic of the property and the staff were nice. However, immediately after getting the key, I’m told here is a resort fee. Which you are mandatory charged for daily and can use towards food in the restaurant. But not towards the snack shop. That is unfortunate, since it locks you into using the onsite restaurants. This needs to be better disclosed when booking. I don’t like how this is hidden in the details. Furthermore, the rooms bathroom layout is poor. Especially if you are sharing a room with a friend. There is no privacy and the windows are opaque. All smells seep out of the glass toilet room and isn’t very resort like. The furniture had minor chips and dings. I also think house cleaning could do a better job refilling the coffee and making sure cups are available.

My son is a coz player, he left 2items in closet, I called right away we live 411/2 hours away they say nothing was left and that room was still vacant we are positive we left them hanging in closet as they didn’t return with us. They are worth 600 dollars each I paid lots of money to stay there. We filled a claim. Thank you I didn’t like that there was no handicap parking, no complimentary breakfast, plus I had to put a 350 dollar deposit. Very disappointed in this hotel.

No bathroom privacy.
It was ok. The bathroom/shower lacked privacy. You can hear everyone’s business. Wished it was all enclosed in its own room. Location was great. Restaurants were expensive but I expected that being downtown. Housekeeping kept forgetting to give us coffee creamers and sugar and actual cups. Overall it was ok. Just wished we had more privacy. If you’re not sharing a room with anyone, then it’s great.

I was worried after reading some negative reviews, but this place exceeded my expectations. The 34th-floor lounge made check-in and check-out feel relaxed, and the staff, especially Antonio, were super friendly. I also loved the modern Library space for getting some work done. The room was in great condition. Though housekeeping wasn’t perfect, the lobby staff quickly responded and fixed it. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I’ve just reviewed the charges from the hotel and was charge $2,317.54 for two rooms for two nights stay. This hotel is basically like a motel as in it provides no concierge no help with luggage it has a strange configuration where you need to go out to a lift and go through another hotel to get to your room any time you want to get anywhere you have to go in the lift to multiple floors. The rooms were average. It feels unsafe outside the hotel there were unconscious people lying on the ground directly on the street outside the hotel. Exorbitant cost some staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Given no information about amenities available nothing in the room to tell you what is available at the hotel. Do not recommend at all
