The staff was great, the valet attendants were phenomenal, the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are so small. I love a Marriot but this had upscale hostel vibes. The toilet and shower set up are weird and there was no room service. The elevators in and out of the building are confusing as well. It takes you at least a day to get used to the set up. For Marriot prices, I expected more as far as the room.

On the time of checking the staff was not able provide keys for the room.The room that was provided at first had dirty bedding and worn. After complaining to front desk, they were to change room for us. Glad that stayed only one night. Not for traveler with family.

Good luck getting to your room. Also, the pool is only open 10am-4pm. You can’t check in until 4pm so there’s no way to even use the pool. With how much the room cost I would never stay here again. Save your money and stay somewhere nicer and more guest friendly.

The pool was a mess there was a pool party going on. We were unable to use that at all because it wasnt just hotel guests people would pay to get in the pool party and for guests it was a completely inconvenience. I reached out to expedia also letting them know that there was no sign or event day that said there will be a pool party nor was it on the hotel website so there was never any mention of it. If I knew I would have not stayed here at all. Expedia still hasn’t reached out to make this right for me. Its not my fault nothing was posted or shown on either website.

Your standard king room is small compared to your property and El Segundo the bathroom not being the same. The size of the room is also a lot smaller. I did not anticipate that it’s nice that you have a pool but only open from 9 to 4 and then it turns into a bar. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The staff was very courteous and professional.
