Brand new hotel at a great location. One entrance on Colorado Boulevard (with a doorman), and the main entrance/valet parking in the rear. The room was very quiet and the bed extremely comfortable with great pillows. Friendly staff.

Not what we paid for!

Arrival, car staff, very welcoming & friendly. Reception staff not so much, they did not have the room we had booked and paid for. No apology, just we don’t have the two queen room available. Noise in the foyer, and lounge very loud. Site states two restaurants, only one available and full menu not available, noise too much so we left hotel to have dinner elsewhere. We were told the hotel had only opened 10 days ago, clearly not prime time. Wouldn’t stay here again for the above stated reasons.

Very Clean hotel and rooms and friendly staff. Love that there is hard floor in the rooms with only a small carpet in the bed area. The lobby and dining area along with the outdoor seating area with fireplace was warm and a great place to hang out.

This property is very stylish and the location is great! We stayed here after only the 10th day they’ve been open, so it’s understandable that there are a few hiccups. Our thermostat didn’t work properly, so they put us in another room, which didn’t have the amenities I selected the room for. A little more customer service training could have averted most of it not all of the handling of the situation . No more details, but I would likely stay there again after they have a chance to work out the kinks.

capable of a great hotel

Everything about the new hotel look wonderful until entering our room with only the bathroom light working. Called down to the front desk and they said they were sending someone. My son and I needed to go so we waited for a short time and nobody arrived. I did allow them to enter the room without us there but not sure that happened. arriving back at the hotel from our day trip, lights were still nto working. I had to go back down tot he front desk and ask about it. They informed me that they had to call an electrician and if I wanted to change rooms. It was too late by then. Not having light in the middle of the night was a challenge but we made it. I did enjoy breakfast as it brought me back to Italy. My a la carte quiche came out ice cold in the middle, but I did not say anything. I also purchased breakfast online and did not receive any card at check-in and could have been possibly charged. Haven't received my statement yet.

Nice new hotel. Shower's water pressure weak

I appreciate the hotel is brand new and in a great location. We were in room 310. The water pressure of the shower is weak. It's particularly weak during the night.

Can’t wait to stay here again!

We absolutely loved AC Hotel Pasadena! We checked in not knowing it was their first day open. Everything is very aesthetically pleasing; the color scheme, style, furniture, atmosphere. Front desk staff was very helpful. We encountered an issue with our AC not working; the engineer came to fix it but we ended up having to move to a different room. The engineer, Gregg was super helpful and was able to secure a new room for us, personally brought us the new room keys and offered to help us move. He also brought a thoughtful gift bag from the manager! We were very pleasantly surprised that it was a corner suite on the 5th floor with a living room area, huge bathroom AND a huge balcony. The suite had floor to ceiling windows all along the east wall with two seating areas on the balcony. We ate breakfast out on the balcony for the remaining mornings of our stay. The staff at the front desk who dealt with our calls about the AC not working, Gregg the engineer, valet staff, etc., definitely helped make our stay a positive one. We’re already talking about staying here again!
