I like to give detailed reviews so here it goes.. had a 3 day stay here, needed a ADA wheelchair accessible room, got that no problem. Check in was easy, theres plenty of parking, but only 2 handicap spaces, bummer. Its in a area that is surrounded by shopping centers, plenty of places to eat and shop, get gas.
The room was spacious, plenty of room for wheelchair to maneuver with no problem. The bed looked nice, but was very lumpy/sunken in in some spots. No closet in the ADA room, not sure if there is one in a regular room? But made it work. If your going to need extra towels, i suggest that you request them right when you get to your room, which we should have done.
The only issue we really had with our stay was that the bench in the shower was missing the adjustment screws, so when my husband went to use it, (he is double leg amputee) he was literally sliding off the bench so it was a safety issue for sure. Front desk was quick to offer a solution, in this case, a room switch next door for same type of room.
They were quick to address our concerns and offer a solution, which i loved.
If i'm ever in east LA, i would stay again.
