Walking distance to several fast food places and restaurants. Shopping and a Costco just on the other side of the hotel. Rooms are unique as they have shutters and a room divider for some privacy if sharing a room.

We booked the hotel at a very last minute and so glad that we did it via Expedia. The room rate was almost $100 difference should I book it from the hotel directly. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The checkout time was noon and I was able to extend it to 12:30 PM.

I accidentally booked the wrong room type. While Tim fixed my mistake, he wasn't very nice about it. My family planned on eating at the restaurant on Sunday morning. We met at 9:30 and we weren't seated because the server had to take a break at 10:00am. We would have to wait until the restaurant opened again at 11:00am for lunch. I recommended they post that they stop serving after 9:30am if customers have to be out by 10am. If you're looking for great or even good customer service, this is not the place to go. Unfortunately, I lost a sentimental bracelet on my way home. I immediately called the hotel and spoke to Karen. She said she would talk to housekeeping and call me back. No call. Called on Monday and Tuesday and was told that there was no discussion with housekeeping and I would get a call back. No call. On Wednesday, I spoke to Jairo and asked to speak to the manager as I was told to do on Tuesday. Only the manager could help me. Jairo would not transfer me to the manager. (Strange that the manager has his employees block him from his customers. Never had that happen before.) Jairo contacted housekeeping and was finally advised that the bracelet was not turned in. Quite an effort on my part. While we loved the hotel and planned to go back in August, we will find another place to stay.
