No maid service even though we had a 4 night stay. Had to request Kleenex- was empty on arrival. Carpet, particularly around bed needed deeper clean. Random screw on floor. Bathroom door didn’t latch properly. Morning breakfasts were good, as well as coffee and water in lobby.

The room was clean on arrival but it was impossible to get someone to clean it during our stay, even after requesting. We dumped our own trash and called for towels and toilet paper several times, they dropped it off without a problem. Hot tub was great the first time, second time were branches and two feet of foam with no pool towels. We were there for 5 days.

It was a good stay, the place was close to the mall and it was nice and clean. The only thing was a homeless guy being aggressive towards me for no reason no fault of the hotel but would like to share.
