I have stayed at this hotel before and never had an issue until this time, when I checked in the woman at the front desk was a bit rude and had a bit of an attitude and she told me there was an issue with my room and didn’t think anything of it until we realized there were no pillows available for the sofa bed??

We had a great stay at the property itself, the beds were so soft, although when we left to walk anywhere it felt very unsafe and dirty. A suggestion would be shittle service directly from the hotel to Universal Studios like Disney does. Also, the additional pay for parking in the garage $34 a day should be included in the nights stay, across the street is not safe at all.

I'll stay here again.
Everything was good. It's too bad the pool wasn't in service, which was one of the main reasons we made the reservation. My family was also disappointed, too.

Horrible check in experience, no water pressure in the shower and toilet was clogged. Only benefit was location is close to City walk and universal studios.

Parking is a little weird. They have mostly double slots and we were concerned about being blocked in because we were leaving early but they had someone at the desk & said if someone blocks you in they keep their keys to move if needed.

Great value
Clean comfortable stay close to universal studios but if you walk there it’s up a pretty decent hill but trams are available a short 5 min walk from hotel. The Italian food place down the street is really good would definitely recommend trying it

The hotel charged us an additional 21$ per person USD to help even out the wages for the workers there. They advertise that it is a close walk to Universal Studios - which it is not. No view and the street it is located on is dirty. Noise travels through the floors so we heard kids stomping all night and can hear voices travelling up and down the hallways
