It's clean AND a good value.
This was my fourth visit to Bell Vista in Burbank, and I will be back when I have cause to be in the SoLand. The property is a good value and I like that it has less than 20 rooms. The four different rooms I've lodged in have all been very clean. Staff is friendly, prompt and professional.

kinda gross. kinda not worth it.
room needs a good cleaning. chair was severely stained and gross. walls were covered in stains and scuff marks. table was super worn. could hear the car driving by all night. bathroom was remodeled but the room itself was overall dirty. was only there a few hours.

The photos on the orbitz AD and location is good. We had room #105, freaking dirty, spiders, cob webs, holes in bedding, ice room outside, they just don’t care about cleaning. No coffee. Never again.

The inside is okay, not great, but the outside of the property and surrounding area is a bit dilapidated. It was one of the cheaper hotel I could find in the area though so I suppose it’s decent value.

Good for sleep
This was a very comfortable stay. The room could use a bit of a fix and it could be little bit cleaner but overall it was good. I was there for just one night so if you're looking for just a place to sleep in, this is perfect. The staff was very friendly. The area around it was not bad either. You're close to the mall and to other restaurants.
