The property is decent. Not bad not the best. Room was decent. For the price it is a good place to stay. Only cons were that the walls are thin and it is next to a busy road, you can hear the traffic. But overall stay was good.

This is my second time staying at Bell Vista. The hotel is the best deal in the Burbank area. Convenient, clean, well run, very friendly staff, and a great price.

Nasty disgusting foul place. This room had the most disgusting chair I have ever seen. This furniture needs to go to the dump. You will regret staying here. It could be nice but the owner just doesnt care clearly. So foul.
