Nice place to stay considering the area.
For the area it is in, it was rather nice. Staff was great. A little on the noisy side being that the location is n a very busy area. But it goes noticed that the staff strives to maintain their hotel clean and comfortable for their guests. Breakfast was also good. Not my number one choice for a family stay due to the location but we did feel safe due to staffs effort and hospitality.

Photos are extremely deceiving, and this is a MOTEL not a hotel. Parked cars are not at all secure, locks on doors were loose, room was filthy with wet stains all over the carpet and reeked of smoke. If you are a woman/women traveling this area IS NOT SAFE! Spend the extra $100 to stay at an actual hotel. My friend and I felt so unsafe we barricaded the door with all the furniture we could, and I worried about my car all night. After contacting Expedia we had no choice but to stay first night, and they finally allowed us to adjust our stay to one night instead of the planned two. The room was so disgusting we didn’t even want to open our luggage to change ohr clothes or shower so we literally slept in the clothes we had on and left the second we woke up in the morning. Ladies especially, this is not safe!!! All being said, staff was kind and like I mentioned did allow me to get out of my second night booked, but did not allow me to get any refund and leave immediately as desired. If you want a cheap hotel close to forum, go for it. But this is not a hotel. This is a cheap motel in the bad part of town.

Beware these rooms are smoking and non smoking rooms. Even the non smoking though smell like they have been smoked in. Linens on the bed were soaked.. don’t know how and the hotel itself could use a Reno. Not the biggest of issues though. My issue was the cleanliness and just the feeling of being dirty while being there. We basically had left as soon as we checked in.

Facts: 1. The outside of this establishment appeared clean. 2. The office appeared recently remodel. 3. The staff was amazing. 4. Our room on the other hand was something entirely different. The bathroom was old and dirty. The toilet was extremely low to the ground, the shower install was old with yellow stains submerged within. The floor tile was filty with dirty visibly present between the grount. Unfortunately, I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone I know, which is truly unfortunate because the staff were amazing individuals.

It was an older hotel with exterior entry. No frills. Our room smelled musty like someone had smoked in it even though it stated no smoking. It’s right off the freeway so in that regard you won’t get lost.
