This hotel was in terrible shape. The carpets and curtains were worn thin. It was very very noisy because of the apartment in the back.It really needs better windows to block the noise. There was a homeless encampment across the street.

The front desk service was pleasant my room was clean but out dated. The windows overlooked what seemed to be a trashy lot. But overall the property was clean and a Dennys next door. Getting in to the hotel is tricky due to the busy street.

Great hotel for a night's stay. Just needed a place to lay our head. Staff was awesome, rooms and hotel clean, breakfast was nice. Hotel could use some updates. I would recommend for a nights stay.

We were taking a cruise so it was very convenient to the port. Denny’s next door but otherwise no restaurants close. The facility is pretty tired. It was good for one night.

The good: Staff were excellent. Front desk to cleaning. Top notch, polite, helpful, professional. The not so good: This isn't the Waldorf. The age shows in hallway carpets, etc , and some guests are not perhaps as polite as they might be.
