Great property. Personally the customer service was very friendly and understanding. They helped with couple of requests I made. If you are in LA to tour Hollywood / Universal studios and have a car, look no further. This hotel is at a decent drivable distance from Universal City and is lovely!

This Best Western is very clean and accommodating. The staff is great and welcoming. The property is very well kept. Our room was always clean. The pool was a nice, little oasis. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I would recommend.

Breakfast was simple but convenient. Has a Dennys next door so helpful for later arrivals like us. There is also a 76 gas station across that helps save time. Conveniently located right off the freeway. Free parking was a big deal for us so a big Plus. Most hotels in the area charge over $30+ in parking.
