Clean and friendly. However, their parking is terrible. The spots are so close to each other. Not surprisingly, my SUV got dinged pretty good. Worse yet, they CHARGE for parking. That's like a slap in the face for such a terrible lot.

I found a giant cockroach crawling and scurrying around and had to chase it down to smash it. All they offered me was breakfast at Denny's. Just what I wanted to do is eat after killing a giant cockroach. I wanted to puke.

Good customer service; easy check-in. The room was clean with decent amenities, but the door had a noticeable gap, causing winter wind chill to invade the room. Front desk staff responded positively when we informed them of the issue. Overall, it's a good place to stay and is valuable for the price.
