Staff was super kind, but the room was clean but my bed was uncomfortable. The sheets were super hard and scratchy. There was nothing open when I came back from the game and it is not a 13 minute walk to Dodger Stadium. I’m a little frustrated because that was one of the reasons why I stayed there.

Made a reservation. Arrived. Tried to park, was given hassel about that. Went to registration with my bags. Was told ALL the elevators were busted. Been that way for months. Our room was on the 4th floor. We could take the stairs if we wanted. Nope. Found another place. It almost seemed like they WANTED us to not stay there. Hmmmm...

The elevator was broken. No sign in parking lot and carrying luggage 2 flights was not fun. Room was nice and staff at breakfast was very helpful. Desk clerk was efficient but cold when called out on elevator not working.

Chandler, my new buddy at the cafe/new breakfast area. Exceptional customer service!!! He made excellent coffee that was FREE. He was very kind and to us and my daughter who is autistic and had some difficulties asking for a muffin. He made us feel so welcome it was exactly what we needed feeling so far from home. The rooms were very clean and nicely upgraded. I will definitely be back.

Adequate stay

Breakfast menu was average, for what it was, as a chef I was not impressed, so I have to say it was adequate. The elevator was out of service, and I just had a knee replacement so it was quite a challenge to be on the third floor, with an additional 3 floors from the garage to the lobby.
