Hôtel bien propre, situé proche du métro. Il y a un déjeuner chaud que j’ai beaucoup apprécié, c’est assez rare maintenant. Le seul chose, c’est sale au alentour de l’hôtel et peut-être moins safe en soirée même si rien nous aient arrivé. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Great staff! Very friendly, desk , cleankng, and breakfast staff all very cool and kind. The roundabouts are walkable during daylight as everywhere in LA. The hotel is one block from wilshier Metro Station so My wife and I hit It to Santa Mónica one day, and Warner Bros another day. Parking Lot and lobby entrance have security guard 24/7, room very clean, (they clean It daily which was amazing for todays standard) , We definitely gonna feel secure and comfy here , we Will get back here on our Next travel to LA. Thank You guys!

Conveniently located in Koreatown, the hotel offers a wealth of dining options nearby, and the overnight parking was reasonably priced. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hotel is quite run down and poorly maintained. The carpets appear to have gone unchanged and unwashed for over 30 years, and the bedside tables were covered in dust and hadn't been wiped down. It seems that housekeeping primarily changes the bed sheets and refills bathroom towels, with little attention to overall cleanliness.

My 1 night stay would have been fine if I didn’t find a huge yellow brownish stain on the sheets. When I brought it to guest services attention they told me to email my pictures and concerns to management and they would contact me on Monday when they came in. Management never contacted me, I had to contact them, and then once I did management pretty much told me my concern wasn’t true and it’s nothing they could do.

Pros: The staff at the desk and housekeeping were kind. Unfortunately we had a dirty towel on our bathroom door and the front desk didn’t put our new desserts in a fridge as requested when we had to change rooms and leave for the day without our new room available yet. Beds were comfortable but weird small square pillows. We did get a partial credit from the manager for the problems we had. Cons: loud room noise on the 4th floor from the cafeteria chairs and walking above on the 5th floor starting at 5:30 am. We had requested a quieter room upper floor. Loud door slamming of room doors early and late, shower head is too low, mildew in shower, First room had no mirror except for bathroom half mirror and the lights kept turning off. First key given opened an already occupied room. On changing rooms the first room had a Smokey smell and faced another room that you could see a party going on through the windows like 5 feet away.

The location of the hotel was not good area because there was many homeless people on the street and dusty streets. The breakfast service was not friendly and closed at 9:00 AM. Most of The Best Western is closing time at 10:00 AM

The parking was absolutely horrible! I was charged $15 a day for parking and couldn’t even leave when I wanted to, due to my car constantly being blocked by other cars. Everyone I dealt with, except the security/parking attendant was very unpleasant. Over $400 completely wasted.

The hotel was old and worn, but very clean, well cared for, spacious, quiet, and had an extensive, fresh breakfast. The gym was better than most hotel gyms that I’ve seen. It was very convenient in Midtown Koreatown. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating However, though this is no reflection on the hotel or its management, the area near the hotel was dirty, unkempt, And it felt unsafe to be walking around by oneself. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is that they might provide more comfortable pillows!

Love this place!
Love this hotel. Friendly helpful staff. SO clean! Great full breakfast. 24 hour coffee. Close to subway lines. Good restaurants nearby. It is in Koreatown so be sure to eat some Korean food. Ihop down the street.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus LA Mid Town Hotel in Los Angeles, and overall, it was a solid choice for our trip. The hotel was impressively clean and offered a good-sized room, which made for a comfortable stay. One of the standout features was the secure parking with on-site security for most of the day, providing a sense of safety and convenience. The location of the hotel was quite decent, with easy access to Hollywood Blvd. and a variety of food options nearby. This made exploring the area and finding a meal relatively hassle-free. However, it's worth noting that some parts of the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, particularly at night. While the hotel itself felt secure, the surrounding area would make some people nervous. Breakfast was included with the stay, which was a nice touch. Just be prepared to get there early, as the breakfast area gets very busy. In summary, this location offers a clean, comfortable stay with good amenities and a convenient location.
