The room was extremely HOT and took a long time to cool down. I wasn’t crazy about the odd rest room set-up with the sink outside of the bathroom; this makes for an unexpected loud night of using the restroom during the night or early morning.

Our room was very dirty. The comforter smelled so awful we had to take it off the bed. There were red stains all over the floor, not sure what it was. The lights went on and off all night.

Great people. A not so great room

The people were amazing. Shame on the hotel owners who let me pay $200 a night for a room that had peeling wallpaper. A lumpy uncomfortable mattress. I said I was disabled and I needed a downstairs bedroom. I said I needed one near a door so I could take my service animal out at night. They put me by a door but it didn't open from the outside so I still had to walk a little ways to get to the outside door. It was so hard for me to bring everything inside from the car to that door down the hallway to the left to the end of that hallway and then into the room. I was there for the Irwindale Renaissance Pleasure Faire. I was in so much pain after doing all of that that I didn't even end up going. At least the room was air-conditioned.

Acceptable for one night stay

Mixed bag. Front desk was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Mattress was firm and comfortable. Room temperature was good. Breakfast seemed ok but it started too late for us to stay and enjoy. Now the not so great- The pillow was strangely lumpy and hard. The mini fridge was so loud I just unplugged it. The toilet did not fully flush - thank goodness no one had to do number 2. It was fine for what it was - a quick one night stay.
