Celeste made our check in easy. The morning woman was very pleasant at the morning breakfast. The woman setting up the breakfast was very organized, efficient and attentive to the items that needed to be supplied. The morning we were checking out, we met the manager Fred. He too was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Kevin helped me with check-in and then adding the 2nd night we requested late night. Fred was very helpful in confirming that second night. Breakfast was decent. I with there were more options such as hot oatmeal and cut fruit. Parking was available but not easy to park. We had hard time parking TMY in the back lot on the second night. We had a very troubled and noisy neighbor on the second night. It was hard to fall asleep. Also, there was a very strong smell of Marijuana on the 2nd night that was not there on the first night. Carpet in both rooms looked dirty and showed stains. The cleaning staff and those helping in the Breakfast area were very nice and helpful.

Stay only if you have to.
Busy area, half the staff was amazing and half the staff was cold and rude. Stayed in a suite with a living room and it had an awkward layout with the bedroom as the entrance and the living room in the back with the tiniest bathroom. Breakfast was awful. Wouldn’t stay there again unless I was in a pinch. I usually love best westerns but this one fell way short.

The staff and people working there are really good. Bathroom sink was small and water would splash outside and collect. The room walls are thin, so we could hear sounds from adjacent room. Other than that, the room was spacious and clean. Elevator was in the middle of the hallway, and very slow. Breakfast was decent with some choices. We stayed one day, and happy with our stay.

Staffs are very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. Overall is good. But there is an elevator in the main building only. Not for other buildings.

Our stay was good but not perfect . Customer service/front desk not really smiling or looking at your face when talking. Housekeeping are perfect and they are very helpful when asking questions about the service.
