Very disappointing to say that I can’t recommend this hotel because they failed to provide basic services.. my husband booked this hotel to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. We checked ino. Friday evening.. the property itself is beautiful and the valet and front desk were very welcoming.. Saturday room cleaning was requested as far as the trash take out and restocking fresh towels .. we were gone for five hours and cleaning service did not show up … we called the front desk and inquired what happened and one of the staff came to inquired and said he would take care of it… no one came or followed up .. we left for dinner and came back still no service.. my husband called again then someone came and left again and brought up a few towels… no refreshment on toilet paper.. must say was very disappointed to not receive the basic services that was expected.
