The “laundry facilities” were 900m away. TVs in 2 out of 3 rooms did not work. Aircons were old and noisy. No idea where the coffee and breakfast were. Could only get one key card for the doors. Staff were grumpy And we had plastic wrapped mattresses, ugh.

Parking very limited on the side of hotel and in back alley, security is iffy. No closet or hanger to hang clothes. Rooms next to busy street, quiet loud traffic. The AC is very good. No coffee or any breakfast.

They lady was rude upon my checking in. Also, bummed there was no coffee or pastries for breakfast as advertised. Otherwise, suitable stay for a 2 star hotel.

Great
We got the family room. Two queens and one full. It was perfect for my boyfriend and his two kids and me and my son. Beds were super comfortable. The room was clean and up to date. Not to bad of a drive to Universal Studios that’s why we went. Whole property is non smoking but we just walked across the street no biggie. Would definitely stay again.

Great location but not much else
Not very friendly at all. She may be having a bad day but really seemed miserable. Location is great. Very very outdated and basic. Bed was not comfortable. Basically a upgraded prison cell. Was relatively cheap for location and I got what I paid for.

I have been here before and I’ll come back again. It’s a no frills room and hotel but it’s a great central for everything you want to do. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and good tv and microwave and refrigerator. I felt safe and the bathroom was very clean and the air worked well.

Value for Money Accoms
Took us a few goes to find out where to book in as GPS led us to the side entrance, which looked like the back. Once sorted was fine. Off street parking. Enclosed courtyard feel to the units. Roomy, clean, table and two chairs. Could only get one channel on the TV. Rooms refreshed every day.

Terrible
One of the beds was falling apart, they put stained bed covers on the mattress. The room looked horrible. There was no room space to be mobile, the room had a terrible smell in it, and the tv was so small in a family room may 19” I couldn’t bare to stay there slept in the car cause there was no refund
