Overall stay was not bad at all. The front desk employee seemed annoyed when we would ask for more towels or blankets but other than that, staff was great. The room itself is very good for the price, however when we entered our room, it smelled very bad. Parking is free but limited, I believe 10 spaces total and street parking. The motel is right next to a popeyes and a starbucks so that was a plus as well! Last negative thing though were the towels. Very cheap and many had stains so be aware.

First let start out by saying false advertisement was in play. People were checking in and out outside of the hotel alleged policy so what does that tell you. My room had mildew/mold in the room. The bathroom toilet had urine on it. Mildew/mold around the toilet. mildew/mold in the shower. The floors was caked in dirt. The door did not have a dead bolt so it was not secure. They put us at the end of the hall right next to the emergency back stair exit but they left the door open therefore anyone could come in and out at will. Homeless sleeping and defecating in front. No lobby just a window. I have pictures. We checked in and out the same day. All the other reviews that had any good thing to say is false. We were danger at this place

Good for the price
For the price and area it was a decent stay. The neighborhood wasn't the best, but that's not something the hotel can fix. Be aware though. The on site parking was small but very convenient. I can see how, if they were full, the parking would be a nightmare, but I was able to find parking even on the nights where I didn't return until midnight or later. The rooms were some of the cleanest that I've ever stayed in, including 4 and 5 star hotels. They were bare, though. The bed had side tables attached to the headboard, but only one had an easily accessible outlet. There was no wall decoration and wood floors so the sound echoed and bounced. I didn't hear my neighbors too frequently. I don't know if I was simply alone in the hallway or if we were all just quiet. The desk chair was not tall enough to reach the "desk" that sat under the tv. There was no other seating so it was the too short desk chair or the bed. There was also not a closet. There was a place to hang my clothes just inside the door. A single rack with some provided hangars, and I used the desk to place what wasn't to be hung.There was also a mini fridge and a microwave. Which was very nice.Last thought, there was a deadbolt, but it would have felt safer, given the neighborhood, if there had been some sort of door chain as well.

I found only 17 spaces for parking and I checked in at about 4:30 pm (only 2 spaces were empty.) The interior of the hallways and doors were clean and fresh smelling. The room was spacious and appeared clean. The shower appeared clean, by after I finished, but I found some long dark hairs on the tub bottom that must have washed off of the walls, There was no plug in the tub for a bath. The body wash soap dispenser in the shower was empty. there were no cups. Otherwise, a comfortable night. Thanks.

It was ok. Stayed there 2 nights for a concert. It’s right next to a Mexican restaurant and a couple of houses. The first night we were there there was a party in the courtyard of the back of the restaurant and houses that was super loud until about 2am. Bath towels were small and thin. The free parking was nice though and the fridge and microwave in the room was convenient.

The room was very dirty, including blood in the bathroom and unwashed floors. The facility is also very unsafe. The elevator to access rooms is open to street traffic and unmonitored in a neighborhood with many unhoused people. Stay here at your own risk.

I contacted the property multiple times to try and get an early check in, didn’t receive a word back. I showed up hopeful that I could check in even without a response. (I’m aware that this is my fault). I had to sleep in my car the first night in a pretty sketchy area. I left my event early to check in at 3pm. The man at the window was super rude to me and my family. The whole place smelled like cigarettes and urine, even the bed(which had hairs ALLLLLLL over it) The floors were extremely dirty and obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. The shower had mold, and the water smelled like sh*t. The paint was peeling . I checked for bugs and there was none that I could find( the literal bare minimum that I could ask for). The parking is in a garage below the hotel, I did feel pretty safe to leave my car down there. Seriously do not stay here unless you’re on a budget, the other reviews saying this place is clean are lying.
