Lifesaver During Recent Fire
We had to evacuate our house because of the Altadena fire. We needed a nice place that would accept dogs. Cambria was perfect.

This property is a overrated garbage. No laundrymat, no breakfast, terrible customer service, and had to pay 100 dollars for parking. The customer service is another level of terrible. I asked multiple times for towels and soap. Multiple times they done nothing. Either they have no staff or the staff is lazy. I have stayed 2 times in this hotel and had the same expirence. They can't even offer a laundrymat if your going to stay for more than 3 days. Also cant even provide a breakfast for the amount of money that you spend here. Going back on the 100 dollar parking fee. They said that after our stay. Don't stay at this hotel. Stay at a Holiday Inn, they do everything better at a better price.

We had a good room at a reasonable rate. The only downside was the cost of parking. There was a fairly large parking lot with plenty of space on a Thursday night, but we still had to pay $24. Well... $24 $3 taxes $1 fees. Even if having paid parking was necessary, the price seem quite high.

Not a very comfortable stay
The hotel itself is clean and bright but there was hardly any staff, only one person at reception, despite checking in almost two hours after the earliest posted check in time we were told housekeeping was still cleaning our room, and asked to wait 15 minutes. And by the looks of the about 6 or 7 other couples in the lobby waiting our room was not the only one. We then waited almost 30 minutes till the receptionist gave us our key cards then mumbled inaudible directions and walked away as we tried asking her a question on parking. The room was okay, sheets a little uncomfortable. The constantly illuminated light on the smart mirror in the bathroom and the outdoor noise made sleeping a little uncomfortable as well. And for some reason a housekeeper started knocking on our door around 9 in the evening as we were settling into bed, and then ran off as I was approaching the peephole, never did follow up on that one, may have been an honest mistake on her part but certainly added to an already uncomfortable stay. No plans on staying here again and would not suggest it if ever asked.

We had 3 room for 2 nights. After staying the first night we left for Universal Studios at 9 AM. Came back at 8 PM. None of the rooms were made and no new towels. Called the front desk and we were told they were really busy today so some of the rooms didn’t Get cleaned and we can come to front desk to pick up towels if we needed new ones. Not only was the lady at the front desk no helpful and didn’t appear to know what she was doing but she also had an attitude. We asked to speak with the manager and the manager was unavailable and she didn’t give us a time when the manager would be in the next day. Upon checkout next day we spoke with the front desk and were told that you have to request you rooms to be cleaned and ask for fresh towels. We were not told this at checkin and there were no signs saying so in the rooms The showers didn’t have any hot water. They have happy hour with a sign saying $5 drinks with drawings of beer mug and cocktail glass. We ordered 2 beers and were told that there are no $5 beers but you get $2 off your drinks (no big deal but false advertising). I would not recommend this place.
