There was a delayed to check in due to the systems were down. No big deal. Also, if there are 2 guests in the room, I think it will much better if housekeepers leave at least 2 toilet paper. It was only one and to request took for ever. Same with the body lotion. Thanks.

Hotel designed only for flight crews. STAY AWAY!

This hotel is designed for flight crews, not business or personal travelers. When we got there from the airport at 10:14 p.m. to check in, the front desk told us there was "a one hour wait for check in," and with no explanation or apology told us to wait in the lobby. After seeing 2-3 pairs of flight crews check in, I went back to her and asked if we could check in now, and she said, "no, those are flight crews. I'll let you know when you can." 20 minutes later about 40 Chinese flight attendants come pouring out of the elevators, then go take their bus to the airport. When I was finally like, "what the heck is going on?" the rude lady at the front desk was like, "Well, we have to clean their rooms, and we only have one housekeeper." About 15 minutes after that (now 11:40), she says, "You're room's ready" and hands us the keys. Turns out it was a double, not the king we'd reserved. There was zero offer of any apology or compensation. And though we stayed there two days, no housekeeper came by to clean the room or even replenish the coffee. I would recommend staying away from this horrible spot, and leaving it to the flight crews.

I love Cambria Hotels but I am very disappointed in this Cambria. I had reservations and my 3 rooms where given away. No real explanation other then they had over booked the hotel. After waiting in a long line and told rooms not ready mind you it was after 6:00pm Finally told sorry you don't have any rooms.

Not sure how to answer any of these as I showed up to the property just past 9pm after an east coast flight to be told they "sold" my room. There was a last minute accomodation they needed to make for the airlines. They ordered me a lyft, handed me a note for a not "as new or nice" hotel a mile away. The hotel they sent me to called the next day and said they needed me to move out, cambria only took care of 1 night. I called back Cambria and they said they still don't have room but after back/forth manager they comped my stay at the other hotel. It was very weird - the whole situation and as long as I've traveled this was the first like this. Hopefully not a reacurrance.

I stayed 3 nights at the Cambria LAX (Fri-Mon). Due to coming from Detroit, my flight did not get in until late. I called and let the front desk know and they made sure to accommodate me upon my arrival. Although one elevator was down, the facilities ands property grounds were clean and well kept. I did not get the breakfast at the hotel, but from the looks of things, it was good. The bed was comfortable and I opted to not have my room cleaned (loved being able to request this as needed and not waste time and resources cleaning unnecessarily each day). The location was prefect, close to everything I needed and places I wanted to go. I will definitely choose Cambria LAX as my "LA hotel".

We had a reservation ahead of time. When we arrived at 8pm to check-in, the reception lady told us the room will not be ready for another hour as it is not clean. We asked if she can give us any other available room. She said there is no room available in the entire hotel. Can you believe this? When asked to talk to a manager, she said there was no manager to talk to! This is very unfortunate and frustrating. They didn’t even inform us ahead of time that the room will not be ready until late night. This is very bad customer service and unacceptable. I regret picking this hotel and don’t recommend it to anyone.
