Worst experience ever. Room was dirty it had a really bad smell and it had multiple wall and door damage. I went to the counter and told them I wasn’t going to stay there and they offered me to refund me the money that they never did. Don’t ever stay there if you looking for a good night sleep. Too many drug addicts in this property
Sketchy people hanging outside. Room had gravity on walls, headboard , and mirror frame, light fixtures hanging down with plastic bags over them. Toilet paper shoved up in both bathroom vents. Got a refund no problem and left
While they were in the middle of a remodel, the room we were given was horrible. Bthere we're no top sheets on the bed, the floor was dirty and sticky. My son had to replug the microwave and TV into a different plug just so we could turn off the light without turning off the fridge. There were no cups, no coffee machine, and no one cleaning the room until you left. It was awful. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Find another place to stay.
Excellent accommodations and price, was almost right next to the event venue we were staying for. The AC started leaking during the night, and the staff found a different room to move us into immediately! The beds were clean and very comfortable, wifi could be better but its acceptable. My absolute favorite thing about this hotel is the convenience store on the corner.
Stained and sticky floors, only top sheet on bed, no fitted sheet , one very thin and stained blanket. Signs of bugs. Door stuck hard. Cieling showed signs of roof leaks. Other patrons were very loud ALL night. Smelled bad. Pretty gross, but you asked. It was cheap, glad we weren't going to sprnd much time in there.
Omg the staff is great. I loved the family ghat runs it. Very good people. The rooms are trapped im a 50s-70s complete with floral carpet. The bed and furniture were uh gross. No security locks at all on doors. The place is trapped in time, with furniture and carpet of that time, a time that shouldnt be revisited. There are ne'er-do-wells occupying the second floor walkway and one who sits ny himself at.a picnic area in the "courtyard". I liked the owners and staff very much but i didnt feel safe there. Sucks.

no remote batteries, had to go buy them
when batteries were installed, no cable anyway
The room was dirty and run down. The towels were dirty, the toilet and blanket were dirty. There was no smoke detector in the room, no fixtures in the lights so they were just bare bulbs. It smelled like cigarettes, the walls are super thin. No conditioner, just shampoo, no coffee maker. The shutters on the window was broken. Just a very bad room in a run down hotel. Definitely do no recommend.
The hotel is terrible. Gangs hanging outside near the laundromat. Bugs running in and out of the window seals. The shower water didn’t even run hot all for $144.00??? Maybe it was my fault i shouldn’t have been so cheap and just threw another 100 dollars on top and looked for a better hotel, i advise all those reading to do the same.
The description on Expedia says "laptop friendly workspaces" - nope, none. The wifi was broken. Limited television options. Also: read ALL the pool property info because way at the bottom is the "$20 cash deposit required". Not a pleasant experience, rooms need cleaning and general upgrade. Feels more like a no-tell motel than "hotel & suites".
