Took 45 min and a police escort taking us the wrong way down a one-way street to get a block away from the entrance of Citizen M.we circled around many times trying to find a way in. The street in front of hotel was closed for hours. A commercial was being filmed. They had to know well in advance. A heads-up would have been nice. The front desk associate was not helpful. The manager was called. Never showed. The room was not comfortable. No cups in the room. No water bottles. Hard bed. The saving grace were the two bartenders in the hotel. Jackie and Diana. They are wonderful, friendly -true gems. Citizen M should give them a raise. I will never stay at this chain again.

Staff was amazing, hotel if very modern lots of amenities and hotel was very clean, beds super comfortable. The only downfall was, wish I would have known the streets were closed for an event, it took us a while to be able to find parking. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend it!
