The hotel lobby was nice and so was the staff. However, there is no valet and no parking lot! Very very inconvenient yes there is parking garage around, but I was driving around for 45 minutes and having a language barrier with whoever answered the phone. They also do not have water or water bottles, and the rooms are extremely extremely small. The shower is so small that it reminds me of a motorhome shower.

Citizen M is my best option for a happening place with dining options and $12 parking 11/2 blocks up spring street next to LA Times. Parking is 24?hours with guards. It is safe and clean. Hotel staff is super helpful including security!

As always the staff was exceptional. I love the CitizenM concept although my husband wasn't a fan---good thing I travel more than he does!! Alone the room is perfect and all I need. Clean, love the tablet control concept...and the beds? Can you say "ZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz"?

Great hotel, very clean and eclectic decor. The staff was great and the design made great use of the small-ish rooms. I didn’t love downtown LA, but CitizenM can’t control that
