Got there late at night looking to sleep and only sleep. We pulled the blanket back on the bed only to find brown stains that looked to be fresh on the sheets. The room smelled real bad of something. It wasn’t pleasant. The carpets were dirty. If you can avoid this hotel please do so.

The hotel has bed bugs and was dirty. After a long day at universal I must have missed them because I do search every hotel before I stay there. Woke up the next morning and found one alive and crawling in bed. Took photos and booked it out of there. Told the individual in the front office who wasn’t surprised at all. He was kind and apologetic. The only good thing was the staff were friendly. Avoid this place unless you want bed bugs. Please always check the bed and surrounding areas.

The bed was comfortable. And the shower was nice, other than that It seemed very basic. There was very limited parking, and the parking that was available was very small. It seemed like the entire parking area was for compact cars only. There were no outlets in the room other than the one next to the T.V., and it had an overloaded surge protector so nothing could be used to charge phones. Or other devices.

Very close to Universal Studios, lots of dining options near. Older building but updated bathroom, ac worked well. A mini refrigerator that actually cools and keeps things cold was a huge plus and a table and chairs made it perfect. All the basics covered, definitely would come again.

When I booked this room on line look like a decent place to stay, good pictures, but we stop first at an event than after the event was finished head to the hotel for the check in, it was around midnight when we did are check in. At the time I regretted it. Because no parking available for my truck than I had to parked out side on the street and didn’t look safe. The room was dirty had a wired smell. Went to universal studios slept 2 nights and noticed that the room 206 had bedbugs because one of my sons had several stings all over his body due to bedbugs. Think twice when you booked a cheap room, because it will cost more on the long run. now I’m afraid because I don’t want any bedbugs on my house. Now I have to leave my logged out side on the sun for several days than sanitize everything.

At fist we had a room that had a strong AC humidity smell. We went to the desk and the girl told us they were full but manage to switch the room with another regular client she knew well. The room had a lot of space for our bags. The sheets we are bit thin but ok for me. Our room cards stopped working twice probably because we had them to close to our cell phone. The lady at the desk gladly re-activate them when this happened. She was always friendly. The room was easily accessible with the elevator, the ice machine was a bonus. So it was worth it for us :)

Crappy hotel and a terrible neighborhood. Room was cramped. Knobs missing on the armoire No closet. There were homeless people next to the parking lot. No ground floor rooms.Clerk was hopeless. Asked about a grill nearby. She had no clue.
