Drove 18 hours was very tired and they tell us they are on break we have to wait to check in , while she sat on the couch right beside the counter playing on her phone ! Very unprofessional should have had someone else working if breaks need given !! The room smelled and the knob on the shower was hard to turn the water was either to hot or to cold! The sausage on the breakfast bar was undercooked the eggs tasted like water and orange smelled like stinky feet ! We only had two towels in our room and we reserved for four people ! Will not stay again !!

This has been my second time staying in this location in LA. Rooms are clean and service has been great. They also have great breakfast. Have some good dining options around the area. Definitely recommend

The hotel advertised to have WiFi and I specifically booked this hotel for the WiFi because I work remote. When I arrived, the WiFi hadn’t been working for days and when I checked in, front desk didn’t notify me of their WiFi not working. I had to pay out of pocket to use my phone’s hotspot and be able to work from the hotel the next day.
