Very disappointing drove all the way from Sacramento to stay there. Electricity was not working. I couldn’t check in until late and then no air condition. No power Very disappointing that they didn’t even give us a discount.

I had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Staff/management was very professional and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when I visit. The price was great and the free breakfast was a bonus that definitely came in handy. 🙂

The staff was nice to us but a lot of the rooms had no electricity our ac wasn't working we had to ask them for fans because it was Soo hot in the room and there were a lot of people complaining they had no a/c or electricity at all and the hotel wasn't refunding those rooms. We couldn't use the TV or wifi because they said they were experiencing electric issues and the wifi and TVs and phones were down good thing we were hardly there we just slept there but there were rooms with families with little kids that had no a/c and they wouldn't change there rooms for them. They also said breakfast was provided however when we went to get breakfast they said they weren't doing breakfast that day.

It was terrible, drove over 4 hours to the location. Couldn't check in . After 9 hours of Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror nights (walking). They canceled my reservation. Here I'm trying to find a hotel, which it wouldn't allow me to book, because the date was already passed. I was on the line with customer service for almost an hour. Hotel unseen and $50 more than my original price. I should been refunded and given the additional cost refunded, because they canceled my reservation and left me im the dark. Very unprofessional, and bad business

I wont recommend this hotel if you concern about the safety/security, we spent 1 night with my families, a homeless guy knocked our doors hardly with his feet at the midnight and did swearing loudly, our kids were scared and we couldn't sleep at all.

The property was very clean and well kept. It is obvious that this was an older property that has been refreshed and rebranded. The room I had was exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The area is up and coming and there are restaurants, burger joints and stores eithe within walking distance or no more than a 5 minute drive away. My daughter and I felt very safe on property and in the area. I will stay here again.

We had a maintenance issue with our toilet and they offered us another room immediately. Overall all the staff was very friendly. We went to breakfast on our last day there but we went during the last hour and there wasn’t really anything left but I think that’s our fault. Overall great stay and there’s a lot of places around like chipotle, yogurtland, a boba place and many others. Still waiting for deposit but I’m sure that comes back in a couple days :) would recommend for people looking for a good place for a good price!
