My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was super friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the free cookies at check in.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is older and desperately in need of updates. Bathroom shower sprayed the floor, leaving puddles. Grout in tile cracked and missing in areas. Dripping noise in the bathroom vent, though the vent doesn’t work. Lighting in bath was dim. Many of the electrical outlets didn’t work. Time for a renovation, for sure.

Jetted tub room

Booked the jetted tub room to relax and celebrate my guys 50th birthday. The reviews were all over the place so i wasnt sure what to expect. However upon arrival, the staff at the desk were very friendly, greeted us warmly and check in was quick and painless. The room was clean upon arrival and I could see in the hallway that rooms were being remodeled. We had plenty of towels for use of the jetted tub and shower, and dodnt have to request additional towels. Breakfast is typical hotel food, nothing exciting but was as expected. Underground parking as well as plenty at ground level too. No hot tub outside, justa pool. I would return to this location.

It was right across from a big shopping mall. Lots of places to go out to eat. Close to freeways. The only problem we had was getting WiFi service in the hotel. Couldn’t get any. But we would go back there again

BEWARE, THERE IS NO ICE MACHINE ON THE THE 2ND FLR

I had read the note on the desk that housekeeping service would be provided every third day of my stay, but the team refreshed my room every day (and I was only there 4 days), so I felt very well taken care of. Very responsive, kind front desk, team, too. The only notice I would provide is that THERE IS NO ICE MACHINE ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THIS HOTEL, which, of course, the floor that my room was on. I was exhausted and was a little frustrated to be told that I had to either take the elevator to the lobby or to THE THIRD FLOOR in order to get ice. I am a senior, and I think Radisson should revisit this issue for this particular hotel. Other than that, my stay was fine, met expectations.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my recent 4-night stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond — they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made me feel right at home. The entire property was spotless; everything was immaculately clean and clearly well cared for. What I appreciated most was how peaceful and quiet it was — it provided the perfect environment to relax and unwind. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I look forward to returning.
