While I only stayed for one night after coming in on an overnight flight from New York, I have to say my stay was definitely exceeded expectations. A note was made on my room account regarding my overnight check in and when I arrived, the process was seamless and quick. Would highly consider staying at the Sonesta on a return trip to LA.

When I arrive, the first thing they shared with me was that they do not provide room service unless you stay for more than seven days. I booked for one week and could barely get towels exchanged. For the amount of money they’re asking, I find this highly ridiculous.
